MESSAGE & INTERACTION POLICY — FANSOP TECHNOLOGIES INC.

These Message & Interaction Policy (“Policy”) rules govern all communications conducted on the Fansop Platform, including:

• Private messages

• Comments

• Replies

• Group chats (if applicable)

• Audio calls

• Video calls

• Live chat interactions

By using Fansop, you agree to comply with this Policy, in addition to the Terms of Service, Safety Policy, Content Policy, and Creator Monetization Terms.

Fansop may update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

 

1. General Standards for Communication

All interactions on Fansop must be:

• Respectful

• Professional

• Safe

• Non-threatening

• Non-sexual

• Non-abusive

• In compliance with U.S. and international laws

You are fully responsible for everything you send or say on the Platform.

 

2. Prohibited Communications

The following are strictly forbidden across all messaging and interaction channels.

2.1 Sexual or Adult Content

Strictly prohibited:

• Sexual messages

• Requests for sexual content

• Erotic roleplay

• Sexual propositions

• Sexual grooming or solicitations

• Suggestive or explicit language

• Fetish or adult conversations

Zero tolerance policy applies.

 

2.2 Harassment & Abuse

Not allowed:

• Insults, slurs, or offensive language

• Threats or intimidation

• Bullying or repeated unwanted contact

• Manipulative or coercive behavior

• Stalking or obsessive behavior

• Degrading or humiliating comments

 

2.3 Hate Speech & Discrimination

Forbidden:

• Racist comments

• Sexism or misogyny

• Homophobia

• Any content targeting protected groups

• Dehumanizing language

 

2.4 Illegal or Dangerous Activity

Users may not:

• Encourage self-harm

• Promote violence

• Discuss illegal activity with intent

• Exchange illegal goods or services

• Arrange dangerous or harmful actions

 

2.5 Minors and Child Safety

Absolutely prohibited:

• Talking to minors

• Involving minors in conversations

• Discussing minor-related sexual content

• Implying, requesting, or roleplaying minor interactions

Violations result in permanent bans and law enforcement reporting.

 

2.6 Spam & Unsolicited Messages

Not allowed:

• Sending repetitive or unwanted messages

• Automated messaging

• Advertising external services

• Promoting other platforms without approval

 

2.7 Fraud & Financial Abuse

Users may NOT:

• Request payments outside Fansop

• Send bank info or ask for financial info

• Offer or request crypto transfers

• Ask for donations or money transfers

• Scam, deceive, or manipulate others

• Threaten chargebacks

Fansop may freeze funds and terminate accounts.

 

3. Interaction Rules for Creators

Creators must:

• Communicate respectfully with fans

• Deliver paid digital services professionally

• Not harass or insult users

• Not request personal information

• Not engage in manipulative relationships

• Not promise what they can’t deliver

• Not request payment through external channels

• Not engage in adult or sexual conversations

• Maintain boundaries and a professional tone

Creators who repeatedly violate communication guidelines may lose monetization privileges.

 

4. Interaction Rules for Fans

Fans must:

• Respect creator boundaries

• Not demand personal info

• Not pressure creators

• Not request explicit or adult content

• Not threaten, insult, or harass creators

• Not attempt to take communication off-platform

• Not offer payments outside Fansop

• Not send abusive or harmful messages

Fans violating these rules may be restricted or banned.

 

5. Audio and Video Calls

All calls must follow:

• Safety Policy

• Content Policy

• Live Stream Rules

Prohibited during calls:

• Nudity

• Adult content

• Sexual behavior

• Violence

• Illegal actions

• Threats or harassment

• Sharing private or sensitive info

• Encouraging dangerous acts

Fansop may monitor calls for safety and moderation.

 

6. Private Custom Content Requests

Custom digital services (paid greetings, custom videos, messages) must follow:

• No nudity

• No sexual content

• No illegal requests

• No harassment

• No abusive language

• No dangerous or harmful scenarios

• No involvement of minors

Creators may decline unsafe or inappropriate requests at any time.

 

7. Off-Platform Communication

Strictly forbidden:

• Sharing personal phone numbers

• Sharing private social media accounts

• Exchanging WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

• Sharing emails to bypass the platform

• Payment requests outside Fansop

• Meeting arrangements or in-person meetups

These rules protect both users and creators.

Violations result in permanent termination.

 

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Users may NOT:

• Share private messages publicly

• Record calls without permission

• Screenshot content for redistribution

• Leak or repost creator content

• Publish conversations outside Fansop

Fansop may pursue legal action when necessary.

 

9. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report:

• Abuse

• Harassment

• Illegal behavior

• Safety concerns

• Minors

• Copyright violations

• Fraud

• Inappropriate requests

Reports are confidential and processed by our moderation team.

 

10. Enforcement Actions

Fansop may take any of the following actions:

• Warning

• Message restrictions

• Comment restrictions

• Full messaging ban

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Device/IP blocking

• Payout holds

• Removal of earnings

• Reporting to authorities

All decisions are final.

 

11. No Liability for User Interactions

By using Fansop, you acknowledge that:

• Fansop is not responsible for what users say to each other

• Interactions are at your own risk

• Fansop does not guarantee safe behavior from other users

• Fansop may not prevent all harmful communications

• You must report violations immediately

 

12. Updates to This Policy

Fansop may update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
